What Sets Us Apart?
Drs. Lambourne, Ledingham, and England have many years of experience in the orthodontic world. All three of our doctors are Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, the highest and most difficult certification an orthodontist can achieve.
Dr. Chad Lambourne
DDS, MSD
Originally from Salt Lake City, I moved to Billings in the spring of 2009 after practicing orthodontics in Boise for four years. My wife Jennifer and I are enjoying raising our children, son Josh and daughter Avery, in this beautiful area. If I’m not working, you can often find me on the golf course or at the gym.
I also spend a lot of time coaching and cheering on my children (and often my patients) in their many sporting endeavors. My favorite times are spent hanging out with my wife and children, and enjoying our time together as a family.

Dr. Austin Ledingham
I was born and raised in Provo, Utah. After completing college at Brigham Young University, my wife Rebecca and I moved to Houston, Texas where I completed both dental school and my orthodontic residency. Rebecca and I recently welcomed our first son, Atticus, into our family.
When I’m not working, or spending time with my family or three cats (Ruben, Oliver and Stella), you’ll likely find me enjoying one of my many hobbies: woodworking, insect collecting, coin collecting, book making, paper marbling, armature astronomy, or exploring nature.

Dr. Gregory England
I grew up in southeastern Idaho, the youngest of 6 kids. I attended college at Utah State University where I met and married my wonderful wife Shantel. Schooling took us to the Midwest and after 7 years, we were excited to make our way back west, closer to family. I love all things sports and am bit of a movie buff. I spend most of my free time supporting my five kids in their many activities. On any given week I can often be found at basketball games, dance classes, orchestra concerts, piano recitals or volunteering at the elementary school. It is always fun to run into my patients while we are on the run. While we live a pretty busy life as a family of seven, my favorite is our unscheduled time when we all can be together.
“I absolutely love participating with a patient in their orthodontic treatment! Orthodontics not only improves esthetics and oral function but can increase one’s self-confidence and self-image. No two patients are exactly the same and getting to know each individual and their unique needs and desires is definitely a highlight for me.”
